In the community. we as REALTORS® identify issues that could increase the costs of buying, selling, or owning real estate. Then we work with local officials to resolve these issues while preserving consumer interests.
At the polls. we as REALTORS® study candidates and support ones that are good for property owners in Texas.
At the Texas Capitol. State legislators propose thousands of new bills every session, and we as REALTORS® review them. When bills affect real estate, we work to pass—or oppose—measures, depending on their impact on property owners.
